Veep assures Mulenga residents of development

VICE-PRESIDENT George Kunda has assured residents of Kitwe’s Mulenga township that Government will expand their community school and the clinic.
And Mr Kunda has urged Zambians to vote for President Banda in next year’s presidential elections.
The Vice-President said this when he addressed a rally at Mulenga Community School in Kitwe on December 21.
Mr Kunda said Government will disburse K650 million from the Constituency Development Fund to improve markets in Kamfinsa Constituency.
“Government is concerned about the welfare of Zambians. We want our people to trade in better facilities. Very soon, we are going to release K650 million so that we can improve the trading facilities for our people,” Mr Kunda said.
Mr Kunda said Government will also expand the school and the clinic in Mulenga township to meet the needs of the local people.
At another rally at the Voice of the Voiceless Association in the same township, Mr Kunda advised Zambians not to trust Patriotic Front president Michael Sata with leadership because he is allegedly a prophet of doom.
Mr Kunda also donated a K4 million cheque to the association and commended its leader, John Kamanda, for helping the vulnerable in the township.
